Requirements

  • DEP in Sales Consulting, ASP in Representation
  • Valid driver's license and ownership of a vehicle
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with the job for creating displays and merchandising our products
  • Demonstrated computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (an asset)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a direct sales role is an asset, but training can be provided to any competent candidate
  • Experience in food services or consumer products, preferably

Responsibilities

  • Merchandising of Pepsi products on shelves, racks, refrigerators, and displays using manual or motorized equipment.
  • Creating attractive displays to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness of back stock.
  • Rotating products to ensure freshness.
  • Supporting promotion execution by ensuring shelves are stocked and compliant with standards.
  • Advancing assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, distribution, and customer service objectives.
  • Developing the territory in volume and profitability.
  • Highlighting innovations and closing sales.
  • Promoting and deploying local and national promotional campaigns.
  • Leveraging marketing materials to drive sales.
  • Ensuring the setup and visibility of promotional materials in-store.
  • Providing excellent service to assigned accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Working closely with delivery and merchandising teams to ensure efficient service.
