About The Position

We’re hiring a Repossession Lot Attendant to support our Irvington location and help keep our operations running safely and smoothly. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working with both customers and field agents. This role involves managing the recovery lot, maintaining order, ensuring proper documentation, and keeping a clean, safe environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, enjoys working outdoors, and has a sharp eye for detail. Requirements
- Self-starter with discipline to work independently
- High integrity, reliability, and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to interact with customers and coworkers professionally, respectfully, and calmly
- Strong ethical standards: treat people right, honor commitments, build trust, and uphold company values
- Good verbal communication skills
- Safety- and compliance-focused at all times
- Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
- Must remain drug-free
- Basic understanding of motor vehicles
- Comfortable using computers and mobile apps for documentation and communication
- Physically fit
- Sharp eye for detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience in military, law enforcement, or corrections
- Experience in towing, repossession, or commercial driving
