About The Position

We're looking for repo men who know how to get the job done and want to actually get paid for it. This role offers a commission-based salary with potential earnings between $65,000 and $130,000 annually. You will be provided with your own late-model RAM 4500 truck equipped with LPR. Our company offers full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off, which is uncommon in this industry. We also provide a 24/7 support team to handle administrative tasks like condition reports, paperwork, and police notifications, allowing you to focus on field operations. You will receive researched addresses and assignments through a map system, and your primary responsibility will be to locate vehicles, secure them, and transport them to the nearest impound lot. Opportunities for advancement into team lead and management positions are available for high performers as the company expands across North Carolina.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Must be 23 years or older (insurance requirement).
• Experience on a tow truck (wheel-lift, self-loader, or flatbed).
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to remain calm in tense situations.
• North Carolina does not require a repo license for field agents.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in law enforcement (officer, deputy, sheriff's deputy).
• Military experience (any branch, any MOS).
• Experience with dollies for vehicle repossession.

Responsibilities

• Locate vehicles flagged for repo in your area.
• Hook up and transport vehicles to the nearest impound lot.
• Handle interactions with people in potentially tense situations.
