Requirements

• 23+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid TDLR Driver’s License with a clean driving record OR can attain one in 2 months
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening per TDLR procedures
• Dependable and able to maintain consistent 40-hour workweeks
• Basic proficiency with Technology

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in collateral recovery using a wheel lift or rollback/flatbed tow truck
• Experience with Clearplan and RDN

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-equipped late model Dodge 4500 Wheel Lift Truck featuring License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology.
• Use our laptop and your smartphone for navigation and updating accounts.
• Repossess vehicles, transport them to and from the storage facility, schedule pickups, and occasionally handle voluntary repossessions.
• Communicate with our Dispatch Command Center
