About The Position

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Network Reporting Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting the analytical operations of the Provider Services department. The Specialist will be responsible for understanding business processes and supporting data, performing various analyses, and creating reports to aid in critical business decision-making. The main objective is to effectively utilize data to serve providers and clients, and to promote strategic initiatives. The Specialist will evaluate the adequacy and performance of provider networks through data modeling, analysis, and reporting. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams at Navitus to deliver insightful analyses and reports. The Specialist will complete reports and projects as requested by teams to support Provider Services, Client Services, Implementation, and Sales. This role involves understanding a wide range of data points from multiple sources and completing diverse analytical projects and reports.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting
  • PC Skills: Microsoft Excess, Access, and other applications as required
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

  • Emphasis in business, information systems, economics, or statistics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completing reports and projects, such as detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption, as requested by Navitus teams in a timely manner.
  • Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business decisions.
  • Create pharmacy directories for our clients and their members that clearly identify the pharmacy services available to them and where they are located.
  • Deliver reports and directories on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required by government sponsored health plans and other clients.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulations and requirements.
  • Periodic and detailed reporting of activities and opportunities to Provider Services team and cross-functional leadership.
  • Identify, advocate, and implement continual process improvement of policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiencies.
  • Assist with internal department and corporate projects as required.
  • Coordinate task completion within department and cross-functionally.
  • Solve moderately complex problems.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • Other related duties as assigned/required.
