Consolidate data from multiple sources, including project controls, procurement, finance, right of way, engineering, and construction teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs. Translate complex technical, financial, and schedule information into clear, concise, and well-structured narratives tailored to various audiences. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate data, and resolve discrepancies prior to report issuance. Ensure reporting aligns with stakeholder requirements, including federal oversight expectations, and supports compliance with program reporting standards. Develop and maintain reporting templates, standards, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across reporting cycles. Support executive-level briefings and presentations, including preparation of summary materials and key messaging. Track reporting schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all required reports. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks within reported data and proactively escalate or coordinate resolution. Collaborate with project controls and program leadership to ensure alignment between reported metrics and program performance.
