About The Position

Coho Integrated Solutions is looking for a Clear and Legible Reporting Clerk (CLR Clerk) to track and account for all Military Treatment Facility (MTF) generated specialty care that are deferred to the network until closure IAW DHA IPM 18-001. Closure occurs when the referring provider is notified that either a CLR is available for review, the referral is canceled by the patient, or notified the referral is closed IAW DHA policy and standardized business rules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency
• Skilled in Word, Excel, Access, and other software programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be able to obtain clearance to access the work site located on a CSMHS military installation and be granted a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must be able to clearly communicate, verbally and written with coworkers and clinic staff.
• Relevant military experience may be substituted for some requirements

Responsibilities

• Clear and Legible Reporting, Processing and Accountability
• Notification of administratively closed referrals is acceptable
• CLR Clerks are not required to track follow-ups but shall provide follow-up results to the referring provider if received and other as defined by DHA IPM 18-001
• CLR Clerks will not be responsible for tracking durable medical equipment, ambulance, and hospice referrals
