Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager in Lake Forest, IL. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, along with 5 years of relevant experience. The position involves strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in various data analysis and reporting tools. It also emphasizes excellent organizational and time management skills, a focus on process management and continuous improvement, and the ability to foster talent development and cross-functional collaboration. The manager is expected to be a proactive change management agent with strong business acumen. Up to 40% remote work is allowed for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Data visualizations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, SQL, R, Python, ETLs, database management and automation tools
