We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Workday Reporting & Analytics to serve as the hands-on owner of Workday reporting and people analytics for the enterprise. This role is ideal for a Workday reporting expert who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that inform workforce and hiring decisions at scale. As the Manager - Workday Reporting & Analytics, you will design, build, and maintain scalable people reporting solutions using Workday. You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other business leaders to deliver trusted insights that support workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and operational decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment. You will act as the organization’s Workday reporting subject matter expert, balancing technical depth with strong business acumen and storytelling skills. This role requires a consultative mindset - you make recommendations, not just deliver reports.
