Position Overview: Freddie Mac’s Finance Division is currently seeking a Workday Reporting Senior to be part of the GL Product Team. The GL Product Team is responsible for supporting the financial accounting aspects of the Workday Financial Management core platform components Our Impact: We maintain the General Ledger, including the management of Workday work tags such as Ledger Accounts Measurement Basis, Transaction Type, Products, Cost Centers, Source Codes, We support and develop core financial statement reports, as well as support general Workday Reports as needed We manage Internal Controls over Financial Reporting related to the financial management platform Your Impact: As our Senior Workday Reporting Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for transforming raw data into meaningful narratives. You’ll design and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards that illuminate trends, uncover opportunities, and guide strategic decisions across Finance The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining composite and advanced Workday reports that provide actionable insights to management and help drive data-informed decision making The position requires a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets Collaborate and support Single Family, Multifamily, Investment and Capital Markets, and corporate accounting teams for their reporting needs Assist with the WD Financial Management test plan for the semi-annual Workday Release

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or 5+ years of equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience building Workday reports across multiple domains
  • Expertise in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and Workday Prism Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Designing, building, and maintaining composite and advanced Workday reports that provide actionable insights to management and help drive data-informed decision making
  • Collaborate and support Single Family, Multifamily, Investment and Capital Markets, and corporate accounting teams for their reporting needs
  • Assist with the WD Financial Management test plan for the semi-annual Workday Release
