MCD Partners is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of client reporting across our media accounts. This role will be responsible for turning campaign data into clear, actionable insights while also improving the systems, workflows, and processes we use to deliver reporting to clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across paid media platforms, website analytics, tagging, conversion tracking, and dashboarding tools. They should understand how data flows from platforms to websites to reporting outputs, and be able to identify gaps, improve accuracy, and make reporting easier to use for both internal teams and clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the technical side of analytics and the communication side of reporting. The Reporting & Analytics Manager will play a key role in helping MCD Partners improve how we measure performance, communicate results, and deliver stronger reporting experiences to our clients.
