Reporting Analyst
About The Position
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing capacity planning, reporting, and PowerPoint presentations. This role requires strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format. The analyst will be skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions, including automation initiatives. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential, with a consistent production of executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps. A strong Project Management background is also required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format.
- Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Project Management background.
- Ability to analyze data and provide results.
