About The Position

Massey Services, Inc. is hiring a Reporting Analyst to join its Corporate team in Orlando, Florida. The role involves compiling and processing data from the customer database into Excel spreadsheets, auditing posted data, updating summary reports, and assisting with report production and distribution to management. The analyst will verify the completion and accuracy of the Daily Operation Report and assist the Reporting Manager with data cleanup.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with standard office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.

Nice To Haves

• College degree.
• Experience in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Compile and process customer database data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Audit posted data and update summary reports.
• Assist in producing reports and printing and distributing them to management.
• Verify the completion and accuracy of the Daily Operation Report; print, collate, copy, and distribute it to management.
• Assist the Reporting Manager with data cleanup.
