About The Position

Personify Health is looking for a Reporting Analyst on the Client Operations team to handle the initial setup and automation of standard reporting requests from clients. Collaborate closely with Implementation, Account Management, Client Delivery and other Operations teams to ensure reporting provided meets client needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong working knowledge of Personify Health products.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Personify Health reporting capabilities.
Work with Implementation, Account Management, and Operations to understand client and service deliver (including agent) reporting needs.
Triage reporting requests submitted to determine if the request can be supported and automated in Genesys, Calabrio, or Empower. Route requests that cannot be supported via standard reporting in Excel to Microstrategy team.
Build standard reports in Excel, Genesys, Calabrio, and Empower to match agreed upon requirements and setup automated jobs to deliver reports to the client on the agreed upon cadence.
Make updates to existing reports based on change requests made by clients (per contractual obligations).
Engage in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors.
Innovate processes to drive overall performance of standard reporting.
Perform additional duties as requested.
Maintain and Deliver Timely reports from our ticketing system.
