About The Position

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Analyst Intern to work alongside experienced Consumer Finance associates. This paid internship offers the opportunity to assist with professional day-to-day work within the department, participate in requirements elicitation meetings, document requirements, collaborate with business and development teams, triage testing defects related to requirements, and contribute to project status meetings. The internship program runs from May 17 to August 06, 2027, and includes networking events, leader talks, career counseling, development opportunities, insurance product and industry presentations, an in-person event, final presentations, and a volunteering event. Interns are eligible for paid time to engage in Business Resource Group events, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), onsite fitness centers, a national fitness center discount program, Marathon Health webinars, and a free code for Monumental Marathon entry. This position may work fully remote from any US-based location, provided the candidate can work Central or Eastern Time hours. All work must be performed within the United States, and occasional travel to corporate offices may be required. Associates living within 60 miles of a corporate office (Carmel, IN; or Chicago, IL) have access to work from that location as needed.

Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of December 2027-June 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
• Foundational analytical, critical-thinking, and reasoning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, consultative skills and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and effective time management skills.
• Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• The Company does not intend to sponsor work visas with respect to this position or future full-time employment opportunities.
