Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Advanced analytics, and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Data360 Analyze, Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
  • Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other related degree with a focus on data analysis/critical thinking, and Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities

  • Develops automated Finance reports and dashboards to deliver timely, actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across enterprise systems.
  • Evaluates performance and business impact to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, define metrics, and ensure data consistency and adherence to established controls.
  • Automate and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and timeliness of insights.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
