This role focuses on replenishing store inventory and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, assisting customers with product location and solutions, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The position also involves engaging customers with loyalty programs and credit card applications, educating them on customer surveys, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will also participate in stock optimization, set duties, and support safety and shrink programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is essential, as is interacting positively and respectfully with colleagues and customers, promoting the company's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing.
