This role is responsible for stocking merchandise onto the sales floor, delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The position also involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes. The team member will also participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and be responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, they will support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact positively with others. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
