About The Position
This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The role also involves engaging customers with loyalty programs and credit card applications, assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and performing various stock optimization and maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Team Member supports safety and shrink programs, adheres to operational procedures, and interacts positively with colleagues, serving as a role model.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
- Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
- Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
- Maintain store recovery standards.
- Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
- Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
- Other duties as assigned.
