About The Position

Replenishment Team Members support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and support returns put-away and restock the picking area. We have full-time seasonal positions available on third shift, working Sunday-Thursday from 10:30pm - 7:15am. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.

Requirements

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
• Walking, standing, reaching, and lifting an average of 50 lbs
• Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation when needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position

Responsibilities

• Replenish active pick locations before the start of first shift while paying attention to all details to increase efficiency
• Maintain an organized active pick area and replenishment aisle
• Support returns, put-away, and fill to active
• Pick items for personalization
• Ensure that problems related to tasks are resolved before the end of the shift
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• All other tasks as directed by CSI Management.
