This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes is required, along with completing merchandise recovery and maintenance. The role also supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interacts positively with others. Team members will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
