About The Position

This part-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, ensuring the store is well-organized and in-stock, and supporting various operational processes. The position also involves engaging customers about loyalty programs and assisting with online order fulfillment. Team members are expected to uphold company policies, safety standards, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a component of this role.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise stocking.
• Maintain store recovery standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
