About The Position

Starbucks is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage inventory and replenishment for their Coffee & Tea portfolio, including behind-the-bar and At-Home Coffee products. The role focuses on ensuring product availability while balancing inventory investment, waste, and financial performance. The Replenishment Planner will collaborate with various teams such as Product/Menu, Supply Chain, Coffee House Operations, Commercialization, and Planning to support product launches, manage inventory risks, and enhance planning processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Replenishment Planning, Demand Planning, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience building partnerships and influencing decisions across multiple teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytical tools preferred.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and using technology to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own replenishment strategy and execution for the Coffee & Tea portfolio across the U.S. and Canada, balancing product availability, inventory health, and waste performance.
  • Monitor inventory, sales, forecasts, and ordering trends to identify risks and recommend actions that support customer experience and business performance.
  • Lead replenishment planning for new product launches, limited-time offers, and product transitions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve inventory challenges and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives.
  • Develop reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that improve visibility and planning effectiveness.
  • Communicate inventory risks, business impacts, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving inventory performance, and leveraging new tools and technologies.
