Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related equivalent experience in retail merchandising, planning or analysis
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Effective communication skills when collaborating with cross-functional business partners
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel navigation, formulas and pivot tables)

Responsibilities

Support the Replenishment team by working collaboratively with RPA, NMG & NPG to execute daily operational tasks
Work in Oracle based Replenishment applications: Inventory Deployment Replenishment (IDRP) & Inventory Deployment Item Planning (IDIP)
Enter Supplier Purchase Quantities (SPQ) to ensure receipt open-to-buy (OTB) accuracy
Set and adjust on & off sale dates to align with replenishment item lifecycle intent
Manage PO creation, edits and approvals in COT
Submit manual Reserve Stock (RS) transfers in DEXTR to maintain optimal stock levels across selling locations
Pull recurring reports for the Replenishment team and build ad hoc reports as requested
