About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring sufficient quantities of merchandise for filling orders by retrieving and placing freight on stocking shelves or conveyors, and replenishing merchandise utilizing power equipment. The role also involves maintaining freight and label quality by inspecting for damage, misplacement, and verifying label information. Additionally, the Replenishment Driver will organize the warehouse by upstacking/downstacking freight using power equipment and provide basic maintenance to equipment.

• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Ensure sufficient quantities of merchandise for filling orders by retrieving and placing freight on stocking shelves or conveyors.
• Replenish merchandise utilizing power equipment (e.g., stockpickers, tugger).
• Maintain freight quality by inspecting freight for damage and misplacement, completing production sheets, and verifying reports.
• Maintain label quality by inspecting and verifying freight label information (e.g., vendor stock number, description on labels, pack quantity) comparing label to freight contents or reports, and inspecting slot/shelving labels to ensure proper placement.
• Organize warehouse by using power equipment to upstack/downstack freight.
• Provide basic maintenance to equipment (e.g., clean, inspect).
