About The Position

Nature Fresh Farms is a leading North American vertically integrated greenhouse-grown produce company, committed to cultivating a kinder, healthier future through innovation, conservation, and sustainability. They are seeking a full-time, permanent Replenishment Coordinator to join their Sales Administration Department at their Ohio facility. This role is crucial in managing purchase orders, aligning supplier commitments with sales forecasts, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring efficient inventory flow to meet customer demands without excess or shortages.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business
  • Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. or internationally as required
  • Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Proficiency in working with computers and software programs, specifically ERP, KPI Portals and Microsoft Office more specifically Excel and Nav
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines within in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and extended hours if needed
  • Ability to identify issues and problem solve independently using appropriate resources internally and externally
  • Team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines; and ensure timely follow-up
  • Ability to handle customer service situations calmly and professionally
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment, some independent work

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute purchase orders based on contracted volumes and customer programs
  • Align supplier commitments with sales forecasts and contractual obligations
  • Monitor contract performance, including volume adherence, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Work closely with sales and demand planning teams to adjust orders based on real-time changes
  • Track inventory flow to ensure contract fulfillment without excess or shortages
  • Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, lead times, and volume allocations
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply gaps, crop changes, or demand swings
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and supplier agreements
  • Support pricing and margin management by ensuring contract compliance
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and vendors regarding changes or issues
  • Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures
  • Complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
