About The Position

The Replenisher accurately replenishes pick locations with products and rotates inventory throughout the warehouse, putting an emphasis on accuracy and productivity. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, assisting other departments when required, and maintaining regular attendance. Key tasks include replenishing and restocking warehouse areas, operating a Reach Truck safely, reporting inventory discrepancies, cleaning picking slots, and performing other necessary warehouse duties to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years direct receiving and operating a forklift preferably in the produce industry
• Warehouse receiving and storage processes and procedures
• Knowledge of product types and the ability to make judgments on product quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, and have good organizational skills.
• Able to drive a Reach Truck
• Able to lift and load cases on to warehouse shelves properly and safely
• Ability to read put-away reports and match with slot location and case product description

Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock various warehouse areas.
• Works in a fast-paced environment.
• Assists other departments with work activities when required.
• Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled.
• When exchanging product in the picking slot, remove the empty pallet and place it in a designated location based on the condition of the pallet.
• Operate Reach Truck in accordance with our safety policies.
• Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control specialist.
• Clean out any debris from picking slot during the replenishment process.
• Perform any warehouse duty that may be necessary that contributes to providing our customers with excellent service.
