This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and maintenance, as well as supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential for compliance. The team member is expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. This position also involves cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, along with other assigned duties.
