About The Position

Owens Corning is an international company with solid roots in North Platte and has opportunities for dynamic people to join their local team. This role is located at 1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE, and operates on the 2nd Shift from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am, Monday through Thursday. The hourly pay rate for this position is $23.54 plus a shift differential and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret production tickets.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills.
• Must have product knowledge and computer skills.
• Must have good attendance and safety records.
• Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This position requires high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect doors for defects, repairing doors as needed
• Record rejects with proper codes
• Down-stack Shakers
• Help push doors down line and to paint booth
• Fill in for vacancies as needed
• All other assigned duties.
