About The Position

EO Technical Solutions (EOT) is based in Vancouver, Washington and is focused on repair and refurb of a broad portfolio of ASML PAS and XT platform parts. EOT is a small organization that was acquired by ASML in 2023. In addition to parts repair, EOT provides customer training and field support. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Minimum of 2 years of experience following written work instructions, schematics, and repair procedures.
Demonstrated ability to solder, troubleshoot, and rework both through-hole and surface-mount components.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform soldering and rework on both through-hole and surface-mount components, following best practices for quality and reliability.
Operate an automated GND Flying Probe Tester (electronic board tester) and provide diagnostic feedback to the repair technician.
Interpret and follow work instructions, schematics, bills of materials, and repair documentation accurately.
Use diagnostic tools and test equipment (such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies) to identify faults and verify repairs.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies at the component and board level, with a strong focus on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Document repair actions, findings, and test results clearly and accurately.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure repairs meet functional and quality standards.
Follow established processes, safety guidelines, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures.
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or potential process enhancements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
