About The Position
The Tub Doctors, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in fiberglass repair, auto body work, boat repair, construction or someone who enjoys hands-on work and is willing to learn a specialized trade. For nearly 40 years, we have been helping customers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin restore and remodel their bathrooms. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in residential/commercial environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience with fiberglass repairs, auto body repair, marine repair or related trade
Responsibilities
- Repair fiberglass units, bathtubs, showers and shower pan
- Repair chips, cracks, holes and other surface damage
- Match textures and ensure repairs blend seamlessly with existing surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, other contractors and team members
- Complete required paperwork and take before-and-after photos as needed
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
