About The Position
AIT Home Delivery offers the ultimate level of customer care for the final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods. Our dedicated teams of contractors offer fast and reliable home services for many high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers.
Requirements
- Skills to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and instructions used in repairing equipment.
- Own transportation to and from site of repair.
- Own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications.
- Possess an EIN (federal tax ID).
- Comply with insurance and vehicle registrations.
- Comply with state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work.
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
