The Repair Technician executes day-to-day operations of service and warranty repairs through accuracy, engagement, professional communication, and “Superior Service” as a standard for our customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or similar fields preferred
High School Diploma
Valid driver's license
Ability to read a tape measure
Must supply your own tools, cordless preferred (miter saw, brad nail gun, Impact driver, hammer, screwdrivers, caulk gun, tape measure, jigsaw, multitool, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic math skills/ability to work with fractions
Ability to learn and enter information into internal computer programs
Ability to manage time throughout the day to complete all scheduled jobs
Perform repairs based on manufacturers specifications
Knowledge of installation processes based on manufacturers specifications

Responsibilities

In-home service and warranty repairs (including but not limited to: touch ups, adjustments, door/ drawer/ frame replacements, installation of shoe and crown molding, etc.)
Assist with cabinet assembly as needed
Taking detailed notes / photos of any issues noticed on site
Completing all jobs scheduled daily; having clear communication with the scheduling team
Assist in training new hires
Clear communication with homeowners during warranty repairs
Compliance with safety standards in all areas (jobsite, warehouse, etc.)
