About The Position

The Repair Technician Supervisor will oversee and manage the repair operations of the selected branch location. This position will also be responsible for completing repairs in a timely manner and up to Proformance standards, for all trades. Responsible for answering warranty emails, as well as emails from builders on repairs and punch work. Repair Tech Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling all repairs with builders, homeowners, and subordinate repair technicians.

  • Maintaining project timelines to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Maintaining 48hr turnaround for all repairs, with builders and Homeowners.
  • Working with branch management in operations and repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing performance data and making recommendations for improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and resolving repair issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting weekly meetings and training with repair technician team.
  • Maintaining branch repair technician email for repairs.
  • Conducting weekly audits of Skedulo to confirm all repair technicians are conforming with SOP requirements.
  • Ensuring safety compliance for all repair technicians while on site.
  • Resolving internal conflicts, presenting ideas clearly, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Enforcing safety protocols, training programs, and risk management strategies to create a culture of safety across all job sites within a branch.
  • Developing and mentoring repair technicians, building individual growth for each team member.
  • Fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and employee engagement.
  • Assisting the branch management in recruiting, on-boarding, and training new team members within a branch.
  • Ensuring high standards of installation quality, timeliness, and customer interaction/satisfaction are maintained within the branch.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a positive, ongoing rapport.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between warranty and branch management.
  • Addressing builder inquiries and resolving field operations issues promptly.
