About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a skilled Repair Technician: Roofing & Masonry to join our growing team. As a technician, you will travel to residential job sites in a company-provided vehicle to inspect roofing and masonry systems, diagnose problems, and complete high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. This technician role requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners, providing accurate recommendations, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout every project. Daily responsibilities include evaluating roof and masonry conditions, performing repairs safely while working on ladders and at heights, documenting completed work, and ensuring every job meets company quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of roofing experience
• 1–2 years of masonry experience
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
• Climbing ladders to assess repair needs
• Traveling between local job sites
• Working overtime when necessary
• Available to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
