About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Repair Technician: Gutters and Siding to become part of our growing team. As a Repair Technician, you will travel locally to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle, inspecting gutter and siding systems, identifying repair needs, and completing high-quality repair work that delivers exceptional customer service. This field-based technician role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to build trust with homeowners by providing honest recommendations and maintaining a positive customer service experience throughout every project. The technician will represent Bone Dry Roofing professionally during every customer service interaction and on every job site.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of roofing, gutter, siding, or related repair experience
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication abilities
• Dedication to customer service
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
• Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to climb ladders to assess work needs
• Maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements while traveling to and from work sites
