About The Position
The Repair Station Clerk supports the Returns and Repairs departments through various administrative tasks. In this function, you will enter Return Authorization orders into MFG Pro, prepare customer paperwork and return inventory to stock, coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality and Production to repair returned parts, work with Planners to create and release Return Authorization work orders, and generate credit paperwork for returns and submit to Finance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Applications

- Experience using SAP and MFG pro

- Strong communication and organizational skills
