About The Position

Surface Experts does it all: Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! We aim to be the “one place fixes all” for any kind of small surface damage. Traditional skills meet modern solutions: We deliver high-quality, long-lasting repairs with a smile. While many of our repairs are relatively small and straightforward, our competitors always want to completely resurface. Our repairs are often smaller than a dinner plate. This superior alternative results in satisfied customers and long-term relationships. Our process minimizes materials in landfills while helping our customers save time and money! Our repair process needs minimal product – usually just 1 to 2 tablespoons – allowing our technicians to take everything they need with them in a small vehicle. Our method ensures a clean and smell-free experience, complete in less than two hours.

Requirements

Practical experience with a hands-on trade (e.g., construction, manufacturing, painting).
Knowledge of color and paint application.
Ability to understand and manipulate color.
