Repair Sales Representative - Perry GA

About The Position

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Repair Sales Representative to follow up on open repair quotes with our existing inspection customers. When an FPS inspection finds deficiencies in a customer's fire and life safety systems, we send a quote to correct them. This role owns what happens next: reaching out to the customer, answering their questions, putting their mind at ease, and securing approval so the repair gets done and the building stays protected. The primary focus is to convert open repair quotes into approved work by following up with existing FPS inspection customers. This role supports revenue growth and customer safety by contacting customers who have received a quote to correct deficiencies, explaining what was found and why it matters, addressing their concerns, and guiding them to approval. Once a quote is approved, this role hands the job off cleanly so the repair is scheduled and completed.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in a service-based environment with phone-based follow-up and in person meetings
  • Ability to learn technical information and explain it clearly to non-technical customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and navigating objections
  • Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and a high volume of open follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
