About The Position

McClellands Contracting & Roofing is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Repair Sales Estimator to join their growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing and selling residential repair work, including roof leaks, pipe boots, soffit/fascia issues, gutters, and minor siding repairs. The ideal candidate has experience working on roofs, understands home construction, and is looking for a sales-focused position with significant income potential.

Requirements

• Strong roofing or exterior construction knowledge
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building trust
• Ability to manage a flexible, performance-based income structure
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a roofer, project manager, or exterior tech
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

Responsibilities

• Run 4-5 company-provided leads per day
• Inspect roofs and exterior components to diagnose issues
• Build scopes of work and prepare estimates
• Present and close repair jobs onsite or follow up with homeowners
• Maintain consistent follow-up to close opportunities
• Work closely with repair technicians who complete the jobs
• Deliver excellent customer experience from inspection to sale
