About The Position

Assess Vehicle Damage: Evaluate the extent of damage to vehicles and create a comprehensive repair plan. Perform Repairs: Execute various repair techniques, including dent removal, body alignment, and panel replacement. Use Tools and Equipment: Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and paint-matching technology to restore vehicles. Conduct Final Inspections: Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations before returning vehicles to customers.

Requirements

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems and components, including bodywork and structural integrity.
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with small parts and tools effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality repairs and finishes.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in awkward positions.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide excellent service.
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience
