Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years maintenance or general construction experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience with patching & painting, basic plumbing/fixture repair, electrical system controls, small equipment/appliance repair, basic carpentry (e.g., chair, table, door, window repair/refurbishing).
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Working with our Maintenance and Rooms teams to ensure all hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
- Completing repair requests in a timely manner.
- Delivering consistent high quality customer service by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
- Supporting safety requirements.
- Maintaining physical appearance “curb appeal.”
- Completing preventative maintenance according to hotel schedule and needs.
- Working with chemical products, and industrial equipment.
