Requirements

Ability to train, motivate, and oversee a team.
Understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
Strong quality control and documentation skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Needed for measurements and inventory tracking partners.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet repair, power tools, and hand tools preferred.
Construction, roofing, framing, or similar background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Mentor and supervise pallet repair team members, ensuring they have the right skills and tools.
Follow and uphold all safety policies, with an emphasis on PPE compliance.
Inspect repaired pallets, address defects, and maintain high standards.
Maintain accurate records of repair activities, time management, and material usage.
Oversee repair consumables and ensure materials are stocked.
Identify ways to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve repair quality.
Handle other duties as assigned by supervisors or leadership.
