About The Position

Our operations Department is looking for an entry-level Repair Lab Operator. The Repair Lab Operator is the first stop for radio cell products. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail is essential
Working knowledge of various hand tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Ability to document clearly & concisely and follow written and verbal instructions is essential
Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely fashion
Ability to listen and communicate with peers at all levels within the organization
Ability to work overtime, as required
Health and Safety conscious
Autonomous self-starter: can anticipate what needs to be done before being asked
Ability to lift to 50lbs. without assistance
Microsoft Experience

Nice To Haves

Previous Telecommunications repair experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Ability to handle ESD sensitive equipment of various weights and dimensions safely
Visually inspect radios for physical and/or other damage along with removing any debris etc. from them.
Disassemble and re-assemble various mechanical assemblies along with repairing physical damage to units as required
Perform final inspection of product leaving the production area to ensure documentation is accurate and order pricing is correct
Document all work performed using system tools
Understand and meet or exceed daily output requirements
Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices
Perform other job-related duties, as required
