About The Position

Were looking for a detail-driven Repair Coordinator to support our Service Department by managing the full repair and RMA workflow for customer and service equipment. This role ensures repairs move efficiently from intake through completion while maintaining accurate documentation, communication, and reporting. Youll work closely with Leadership, Rental, Sales, and Service teams to keep operations running smoothly. This position reports to the Director of Service and partners closely with the Service Coordinator for backup coverage.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with service workflows, RMAs, or repair coordination (preferred)
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Zuper, or similar systems (a plus)
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage in-house repair jobs in Zuper and NetSuite, ensuring accurate job creation, status updates, notes, and notifications
  • Perform weekly and monthly repair audits for HQ and branch locations
  • Prepare and process service quotes in NetSuite
  • Coordinate with Accounting on rental write-offs when needed
  • Submit warranty requests for non-radio equipment
  • Create and manage Motorola warranty claim submissions
  • Submit support cases as required
  • Complete service billing for Northern California and support billing for Southern California
  • Generate weekly repair turnaround-time reports
  • Maintain service repair policies, procedures, and reference materials
  • Provide ongoing support to the Service Coordinator and Service Manager
