About The Position

Surface Experts is seeking a Repair Apprentice to join their team. This role involves using creativity to solve minor surface repair problems, with most repairs taking less than an hour. The company provides a four-week training program to become a Surface Repair Technician. The job offers a flexible schedule with no weekends, late nights, or evenings, though overtime is available. Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider that repairs minor damage to various surfaces such as Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, and Elevator Panels. They focus on providing fast, friendly, and professional service, combining traditional skills with new technology to create durable and appealing repairs. Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
