About The Position

Repack Associates support our commitment to preserving the environment & goal to eliminate waste. You’ll contribute your strong attention to detail to sustainability efforts by repurposing damaged items, examining goods for defects and providing our customers with the highest quality products. You will manage the proper processing of damaged and returned product, receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable. You will also stack product that cannot be sold to customers on a pallet, shrink wrap and load on a trailer to be shipped to another facility. Maintain a record of returned products from inbound trailers and keep the work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product. This role involves occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels and the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

Responsibilities
