The REO Eviction Specialist I is responsible for assigning a portfolio of foreclosed residential properties nationwide to approved attorney firms. They assist in the activities that result in vacancy such as evictions. The REO Eviction Specialist I will handle a total portfolio of 200 to 300 occupied assets.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
1-year real estate, legal, or mortgage loan servicing experience, required.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask.
Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of multi state eviction rules and procedures a plus
Notary considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet or exceed deadlines.
Ensuring our clients’ properties are handled with timeliness and accuracy.
Build excellent relationships with clients and keep them informed of property progress.
Monitor properties from acquisition to possession.
Assign occupied properties to the approved Eviction Attorney
Monitor attorney firm performance.
Work with listing agents to determine appropriate Cash for Keys amounts.
Monitor portfolio for strict adherence to state eviction timelines.
Review property photos to determine if personal property requires an eviction.
Performs related duties as assigned by management.
