About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a CDL who prefer not to be on the road for extended periods. It combines yard operations with local equipment deliveries, ensuring you are home every night. You will be hands-on with equipment, perform local deliveries, and contribute to maintaining a smooth-running yard. This position provides a balance of driving and yard work, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, leaving your evenings and weekends free.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid CDL Class A license and acceptable driving record
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically able to handle lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• A safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability
• A team player who doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed

Responsibilities

• Perform checks to ensure equipment is clean, safe, and rent-ready
• Handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving)
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely
• Work closely with team members and customers during pickups and returns
• Help maintain a safe yard and report any issues
• Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations
