About The Position

Bobcat of North Texas - Cedar Hill is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard Attendant to join our growing company. If you enjoy working around construction/ag machinery, take pride in clean machines, and like the feeling of a job well done, apply today! This is a Monday - Friday Dayshift position with a starting pay of $16-18/hr depending on experience.

Requirements

Positive outlook and excellent communication
High school diploma or equivalent
Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
Valid driver's license in good standing

Nice To Haves

One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
Assist with composing rental agreements
Additional general labor as assigned
